7 days retreat in Nepal – Itinerary
Day 1: 22 March – Arrival in Kathmandu:
- Arrive in Kathmandu, where a driver will meet you at the airport and escort you to a luxurious 5-star hotel. Rest and unwind before joining the group for an optional welcome dinner at 8 pm. Here, you’ll meet Krishna and the team to share stories and prepare for the days ahead.
Day 2: 23 March – An enriching journey to the venue
- After breakfast, we begin our journey to the venue, stopping along the way for a cultural exchange and shared lunch with local Nepalese communities. We’ll arrive at our forested retreat center with time to settle in before our evening opening ceremony, where we will introduce the elements and practices that will shape your retreat experience.
Day 3: 24 March – The Fire Ritual
- Our journey begins with FIRE. Through guided meditations, breathwork, and movement practices, we’ll awaken the inner spark that drives passion, clarity, and resilience. In the afternoon, we’ll head into the jungle to experience a powerful fire ritual to release negativity and cultivate inner strength
Day 4: 25 March – The Air Ritual
- Today, we explore AIR—breath, expansion, and freedom. We’ll focus on practices that open the body and calm the mind, helping you cultivate a sense of lightness and inner clarity. With guided meditations and mindful movement, you’ll deepen your connection to the air element, experiencing balance and harmony.
Day 5: 26 March- The element of ETHER
- This day is devoted to ETHER, or space. Begin with a meditative practice in the morning, followed by an inspiring visit to a nearby spiritual temple. In the evening, we embark on a night hike into the jungle, embracing the stillness of nature and connecting with the stars and moon—an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in the cosmic element.
Day 6:27 March – The element of WATER
- WATER flows through today’s experience, symbolizing reflection and fluidity. We’ll travel by boat to the revered Shiva Temple in Pokhara, nestled amidst the Annapurna Mountain range. Surrounded by lakes and mountains, we’ll take this time to reflect and draw upon the healing power of water in a serene and beautiful setting.
Day 7: 28 March- The element of EARTH
- Our final element, EARTH, grounds and connects us to the physical world. We’ll engage in a grounding Earth Ritual in the lush jungle, including forest bathing and mindfulness practices that foster a lasting connection to the Earth. The retreat closes with a farewell dinner, a time to savor shared experiences and insights as we prepare to transition back to daily life.
Day 8: 29 March – Departure
- Departure from the venue On our last morning, we’ll gather for a relaxed breakfast and a debrief, reflecting on our journey together. Afterward, you’ll be driven back to airport. The retreat officially ends upon arrival back to the airport. ** You can also plan your own itinerary after the retreat for eg. tour to another city, trekking etc.
